The Rates
For both Gîte “San Greal” and Gîte “La Colombe” we use a fixed weekly price of 395 euros per week.

Single nights are also possible, but we have a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights. The rate is 70 euros per night (minimum 3).

The price is per gte, for a maximum stay of 2 people. Pets not allowed.
These amounts are exclusive of tourist tax.
The rates are based on direct booking through Le Petit Ermite, if you book with us through a booking site then rates may sometimes be higher.
You can indicate when booking whether you want to stay in Sangreal (the front gîte)
or in La Colombe (the rear gîte).
– The arrival moment is always after 14.30, departure day always before 10.30. 
– This amount includes: reservation costs, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning. 
– When you leave the gîte must be clean, we take care of the final cleaning. 
– No extra heating costs will be charged during the winter time.
Bringing pets is not allowed, but there are animals living in and around our house so people with allergies should take this into account.
From our accommodation you have a direct view on Chateau de Puilaurens. The plot borders the fôret des Fanges, a forest of more than 1000 hectares. Our location is located central to many special sights. You will not be bored for a moment.
